Dr. Richard G. Lee devotes two thirds of his book to give the reader a detailed and interesting description of the role of religion in the foundation of America. He has researched exhaustively and then narrated with vivacity the Puritans and Pioneer times. He travels then to our modern times and explains what it is happening in our government, the origin and ideologies that now are being imposed from our leaders and that are so outlandish to America and those values proclaimed in the Declaration of Independence. The last third of the book it is devoted to the ramifications and implications of punctual policies and issues (health, education, economy), and not only, it also exhorts us to participate in this coming revolution, and make the difference in the course of our nation, to help America return to her Christian values that are at the base of her founding and history.
An enjoyable book if you are interested on the topic.
